Osborne Rosette Cutter

Size: Ø 57 mm

Osborne Rosette Cutters (in 8 different sizes) High quality rosette cutters from Osborne. For punching rosette-shaped discs from leather, cardboard or rubber as a decorative disc or as a base for a concho. The massive, forged handle spreads the force excellently onto the CNC milled punching die. When punching, please use a suitable base such as our cutting mats or cutting board to avoid dulling. A heavy duty workbench, a heavy stone or a thick metal sheet under the cutting mat / chopping board can help making the punching much easier. We recommend a heavy rawhide hammer version # 3 for use with the rosette punches. From the Ø 51 mm version, a soft-face hammer with even greater weight is recommended to simplify punching out. Please note that several punches are necessary for a clean cut-out. Due to the large punching surface punching is difficult or impossible with one hit. Available options: Ø 57 mm - (2-1 / 4 ")Ø 63 mm - (2-1 / 2 ") When ordering 1 piece you will receive 1 Osborne rosette cutter of the selected size.
